Why won’t liberals punish hardened criminals?

Is this what the term “Progressive “ stands for. Do liberals think this is something really cool? From rape to murder it would seem like democrats really don’t care anymore about victims. A vote for Biden was showing your support for serial rapists

i think the best or worst of it is once these criminals they let go victimize the same libs who let them walk, they all of a sudden change their tune.

it's like they can't even fathom letting criminals roam free = they could do something bad to them.

The part of the brain that senses danger is much smaller in liberals (srs).

That's why they are okay with open borders, releasing of hardened/violent criminals, not wanting guns for protection, etc.

Because a highly disproportionate share of them are black. Letting them off easily is their idea of progressivism, another form of reparations. Under the guise that black criminals were punished too harshly in the past, so the 'corrective' thing to do is go lightly now. Same idea with all the shoplifting by blacks no one bothers to do anything about. Reparations, again.

Dude you're quoting is correct though. He's talking about the amygdala. With Covid and masks their freakout was an anti-Trump programming. Trump was relaxed about Covid so they had to go the opposite route.
