That workout at the gym like 3+ times a week for a year+ but still look outta shape as fuk?? Disgusts me srs. Like why are you here taking up space? So you can eat even more garbage food?

I mentioned this before but you may see people in the gym but most people are not lifting seriously. They do it for social media purposes. Only like 5% of the people probably lift with intensity.
