Do you think aerobic vs anaerobic is legit?

IMO it’s just varying degrees of intensity and duration. I’m convinced a 15 min hiit session is just as good (if not better) as a 30 min jog for your cardiovascular system.

Aka I think the whole recommendation that you need X number of “aerobic” sessions per week is a sham.

OP yeah I mean do whatever you can do consistently. If you dread aerobic exercise and never fukin do it, you won’t get any benefits. If you enjoy anaerobic exercise and do it consistently you get
