Trump continues to obstruct SC Jack Smith

He’s now claiming Smith has no authority, and his appointment is invalid, because is office was not approved via the senate.

There were another three motions submitted to obstruct the SC.

I think Biden should fire Garland at this point. He needs a stronger AG that will allow Smith to complete his work.

So his legal team is trying to remove the possibilty of him proving his innocence, once and for all, via legal gymnastics?
This is definitely the action of someone totally innocent of any wrongdoing.

It is one of the later points.

He's been timing this for the right point to where it's too late for the feds to pivot new charges.

He also waiting to start it with FL judge instead of dc judge - but... if scotus ends up, hearing the DC appeal, they can consider the meese amicus brief with the same argument as part of it to help resolve this one.

If it's agreed about Jack smith not being qualified. All the charges will have to be dropped and go back to the beginning with grand jury.
