Personality is only one aspect of the equation. Nobody is saying personality is the only thing that matters anywhere on this site, that's a strawman.

It's more like stat points. If you've maxed looks, you don't need any points in other stats. If you don't have looks maxed, your other skill point distributions will matter a lot. Even this guys is nowhere near a looks mogger, but as a hardened criminal, he has certain personality traits that will be a turn on for women. You think of being a murderer as something that should detract from his desirability, but that's human conditioning speaking, not lizard brain. Lizard brain says "Ohh, he's tall, dangerous, and charming", and now you got wet panties.
