"Started wars" is a bit of a meme though, most of these were conflicts which were already ongoing but the US decided to intervene in eg. to attack ISIS or support the Yemeni government or Syrian rebels.

It's just Iraq/Afghanistan that the US explicitly started under Dubya, in recent times.
