This, Used it for a few years, I guess it helps chill you down, but nothing super noticeable or worth spending a lot of money on, so i kinda just stopped.

Used a whole bottle of ashwagandha gummies. Felt absolutely nothing.
Some people swear by it though.
CBD is the same way for me. Tried several reputable brands and never felt nothing.

100% recommend. I took Cortisol Health with Ashwagandha and it worked like a charm. I slept like I was sleeping on the moon and work up refreshed

A few years ago I'd use it. I remember reading it's not good to use long-term. Cycle off and on it if you do try it, some people were having "depersonalization" / "derealization" if they were on it for too long. For side effects like that, it better at least get you high, like kratom or something. But nope.
