Why do we as a culture continue to entertain this charade in the workplace? You aren't getting better workers you're just hiring people who think lying to look good is a necessity for the work that needs to be done. If I was an employer I'd fire anyone who pretended too hard to care about the company. Those fake ass n*ggas need to go.
