In my normal business, I interact with a lot of people. And after every interaction, I try to ask them if they can write me a nice review either on Google or Yelp. I usually get them to just hand me their phone and I write it for them really quick.



I was thinking I could get my real estate license, and make my own listing as a real estate agent. And well, I write myself my normal review I could write a review for myself as a real estate agent as well. Something like “sold my house, everything went smooth.” Etc

Before you know it, I would have 100 5 star reviews of all these people saying I bought and sold their homes for them. But in reality, I probably wouldn’t have sold or bought any homes.

Do you think someone could look this up, and figure out that I haven’t really sold or bought anything that I could get in big trouble?

Yes. It could be looked up. You would get sued.

google has ways of detecting it, hence why u dont see a fk load of fake reviews everywhere
