Same thing happened to me months ago. It started in the bottom of my foot and then moved to my ankle. I work 2 jobs but sone days are hell. I got an ankle brace off of Amazon and it helps. Been at least 2 months of pain

uwot, dam im only on day 2

generally i try to stay away from braces/meds at first to see if my body will heal naturally

hope i dont get to that point..
