Give it 2 days and some ambulance chasing lawyer will parade him around on tv saying how much emotional trauma that shove caused his client. I’m sure they’ll sue for something insane like 100 million.

Doesn’t matter, dude still got treated like a box of tissue. Good luck ever getting some puss when you got thrown around like a toddler. Even if a law suit does move forward you would need the DA willing to prosecute for battery to have a decent civil case, which I doubt the DA will. He’ll make maybe a few thousand after his lawyer eats up most of it, which is chump change to Manchin.
