It saddens me to see people not take care of themselves

I see it every day..People missing sleep, people poisoning themselves with bad food/drinks/drugs/meds, not getting sun, not exercising, mineral deficiencies etc then mental illness starts to manifest

Ironically enough when the mental illness phase kicks in the individual further digs themselves a hole by attempting to self medicate the pain away via alcohol, meds, drugs, food binging, being lazy, too much rest/sleep, videogames/tech/porn etc

We were never taught how to be healthy in school, we were actually programmed to be the opposite in many ways

I know for a fact that when it comes to making the world a better place a large piece to the puzzle is making sure every human being is healthy

Things really need to change ASAP

I just cant stand it when people dont take accountability. do whatever youre going to do, but dont solely blame others or the world. help yourself.

Poor diet and lack of sleep have a huge negative effect on people. Notice how many mentally ill and overweight people are from low-income areas

Yea man, it's crazy as hell how it just goes from one bad habit to another and starts to spiral out of control

But it's also funny how you start with one good habit and start to form other good habits

Cliffs:

Keep improving even if it's 1% at a time (or in this case, 1 page at a time.) They will accumulate.

these sort of people are easier to control. The world needs people like this in order to function.
I appreciate well thought out subtle trolling.
