Kind of wild that they congratulated him on Raw and Pat even said it was a heck of a match. Hell Cole went on to make a reference to JR later on in the show.

he only did jobs during his wwe run. he wasn't treated right and he basically validated himself for not going there after wcw died.

tony khan is a sting mark and booked him like he was prime undertaker

yes i am aware of how his run went

but if he stayed healthy instead of getting injured vs Seth we could of gotten a match vs Undertaker possibly

Sucks it wasn’t in WWE since he won’t be a basic roster character in the game BUTTTT outside of that, this was the first PPV I ever purchased. Solely for this match. And I hadn’t watched a full wrestling show probably since WCW was still around. Granted he’s 62 so I wasn’t watching for the match so much as the farewell but I thought it was well done. And him going through the table and glass stuff got me uneasy because he does look old too.

His football playing son, the one with the Red Sting Costume got some AIR on the splash in the corner out of the gate. Wonder if he’d ever get into wrestling. I googled him. He had a try out with the KC Chiefs in 2015. Probably getting too old to make a legit NFL run, has the perfect father to get him in the WWE if he wants.

Also, Sting and Bret Hart are 2 of the most respected guys in wrestling. Not shocked reading here that they talked about it on RAW. Promotion competition aside, I’m sure everyone is happy for Sting and sad to see him go. Even the up and coming starts of WWE who never wrestled with him probably grew up watching him

Sting shouldn’t have screwed around wasting precious post-WCW career time in TNA. He needed to show up on Raw 15 years earlier. His fault. The big leagues were always an option for him when he could still wrestle.

sting's tna run is legendary for amount of work to amout of money made ratio. he was getting half a mil a year to work 2-3 nights a month.

his aew run smoked that ratio lol

he def never needed kennedy or his chit covered money

So what does Darby do now as a stand alone with his sped up promos that reek of a lack of confidence and his in-ring game that doesn’t involve anything beyond a few high spots? Is it even realistic to say he is more over now than before he aligned with Sting? Feels like a net neutral at best. Would have thought all this would have culminated in something more to spring board off going forward, but looking more like pubic hair headed fuk TK has no real plan.

He wants to plant an AEW flag at the top

Darby needs to realize that falling off Mt Everest isn't the same as jumping off a ladder

Allin is a huge emotional pussy. They should have kept him out of in-ring post Sting retirement match for a little bit to reset on him, given they have no direction for him post-Sting and he is not any more over now than he was pre-Sting. No legit plan in place like everything else that pubic hair headed fuk Tony puts his hands on.

I’m sorta new to the promotion, Sting liked Tony but why do fans not seem to? I saw clips on YT of people booing him. Saying he was on coke etc. Is it because he doesn’t have a good roster of wrestlers?
