Trying to get money out of Binance

So, i've got about $1k in ETH just sitting in Binance its been there for a while but now you cannot link a bank account to the app to get funds off of it. I just want to convert it to USD and transfer it off of their platform. Is there an easy way to do this? It doesn't seem like there is because all of the options seem blocked off from my end.

send it to a decentralized wallet like MetaMask then from there find your way out (coinbase)

Hm, I guess these can work. Binance is basically garbage now that there's no way to easily transfer funds in and out.

yeah...they had sent out an email like 2 year ago saying that if you were a US based client, to pull your funds/crypto and move them to another exchange ASAP. P sure they're no longer allowed to operate in the US/for US citizens.
