Ever visited or lived in any of the top on the list?

I don't get how anyone with a family chooses to raise their kids in chit holes with crime rates through the roof when you have the fiances to not live there.

All large city's are cesspools..

I live in San Diego and according to those lists I need about 10 times what i normally make. Yet somehow I can still put money in savings every month.
