Watching him on TV and his voice is Fked up. Did he have a stroke?

Yeah, he really does have good things to say. I have read lots and agree with some, disagree with other stuff but over all I think he seems like a decent guy.

Just saw him on TV and F man. Looks like a president but when he speaks it is shocking. I thought he must have had a stroke. I am going to google it here in a minute.
