it seems like every thot who has been training for 2 years is now a personal trainer on instagram charging a ton of money to clueless soccer moms telling them to eat chicken, broccoli and rice, weight train 4 times a week and do cardio 3x a week

LMAO the trainer looks like your average gym chick with crappy tattoo's and an over sized ass to the rest of her physique. Remember in 2012-2016 when you at least did a show or two before you became a "coach"? You could watch them do a vlog series of going from bulk mode to stage ready and at least know they have done it before. Now women just buy vacuum sealed puss pants and get the lighting just right then cross their legs to look like a centaur.

I've always have been of the belief that if you need to rely on others to change something about yourself you simply don't want the results bad enough. This is proof of my point.

This is what I used to tell people when they asked "can you make me a program?" - just search for one online for free.

I used to see it all the time. Local fitness girl hires a coach and places in a show. Then they are suddenly a coach too, and they recycle the exact same workouts/plans that their coach gave them. Rinse and repeat. And the people hiring don't realize that they got that way because of starvation, working out 2 hours a day, implants and drugs 90% of the time.

But there's stupid people everywhere and for a lot of these girls it's just residual income if they can find enough dumb people.
