Damn near my whole company treats Friday's as an "optional" day....and it aint....and it annoys the fuk out of me.

People don't answer their phones, they don't respond to emails, wont join teams meetings or will join and you can hear they are on the golf course or driving or some chit.

I use it as a "catch up day" but usually step out of the office around 130-2 and call it a day.
