Venison shank with crispy kale and sweet potato purée and bone marrow with sourdough toast and pumpkin seeds.

Meh, that's like a Mad Libs of foofoo ingredients. I see no rhyme or reason and I doubt they go well together. If I'm going to drop $100 on a meal, get a steak.
