I wish they'd keep DST year round. I hate the sun setting early.

Texas voted to always keep it in place but the federal government blocked them.

The stupid thing is, in Summer there is already a lot more daylight. So they're shifting daylight to the later part of the day at the time there is already extra daylight at that part.

Just leave the clock as it is and if we want to start darker and end with more light then start work earlier.

this is locational tho

where i live if you didnt turn clocks back you wouldnt have sun until 9:30 AM in the morning at its worst. and if you didnt change it in summer than you will have light up at 4am.

I'm ok with there being no light in the morning, the afternoons are when life is lived. It can be dark while I work for all I care.

I used to live up north and it would get dark a 4 pm during certain times of the year, I very much would have preferred that sunlight in the afternoon when I actually had free time.

I'm also not a morning person, so anything in the AM is a wash for me.

Why are we doing this stupid chit turning the clocks back and forth one hour? Surely the benefits aren't worth the cost.
