I remember an entertainment TV show saying this was the golden age of naked men in movies. Had me thinking this skit is probably along those lines.

Read a mention that in 1974 a naked guy ran on stage for the Oscars and this was to remember that event also.

John Cena was involved heavily in all of the degeneracy going on backstage in WWE. He was Vince's guy and they both got up to weird chit. I wouldn't be surprised if Cena had to do this as a form of embarrassing punishment to stay protected and not get cancelled.
