Hoa , parking spot: would this be technically against the rules ?
- live in condo .my parking spot is outside. I can see the spot from my balcony
- there's a " guest parking " lot...but the hoa is very strict on who parks there. You gotta enter a log in every night , etc or you could get ticketed or towed
- one time I forgot to sign the log and my buddy stayed over night...they ended up towing his car which lead to this big hassle
I came up with away to get around the guest parking lot :
My girlfriend usually comes over for 2-3 nights at a time....I just move my car onto the road and let her park in my spot .
Hoa hasn't said anything, but they have my vehicle and plate assigned to that spot.
So my question is....would I be generally allowed to park any car I wanted...In my spot?
Typically, I wouldn't ask this. But after my buddy's car got towed ...I'm a bit paranoid.

The real solution is to live somewhere that doesn't try to impose such chit on you in the first place

In my apartment complex every apartment is assigned a spot, and there are several free spots available to guest scattered around the complex.. When I know I'm having a guest over I usually just park in one of the open guest spots, leaving my assigned spot open for my guest. Otherwise all my cuck neighbors will hog up all the guest spots.
If you park in the wrong spot or a guest spot is taken for more than 24 hours then they will tow it.

I parked my vehicles uninsured sometimes in my spot when i was cucked by a strata. They never did anything. One time some old guy tried to tell me not to work on my vehicle down there i told him to mind his own business and stared at him until he left.
Strata never ever bothered me.

If I have guests , I'll typically let them take my spot just to avoid having to diligently sign the log etc
There's a quiet side street around back good for parking

Was a bit surprised they actually towed my buddy's car, because it's kind of obvious anyone in the guest parking lot is visiting the building. I'm not in a prime location downtown where people would wanna park there and then walk a few blocks to their work place etc

And that's the bottom line,
Because the Blueberryboy said so
