Sharing a room a good idea?

With rents so high these days

Rent is $1400 in a mid rise

My friend and I are thinking of doing bunk beds and paying $700 each

I wfh and after that I’ll be out doing stuff so gonna only use the place to really sleep.

The room is only 113 sq feet tho as well so it’s small.
I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

I've rented 100 sq ft single bedrooms, and had a loft for buddys staying over, but could NEVER live with someone I'm not fukking, especially if its only 100 sq ft, that sounds retarded.



I don't even understand how a room could even BE that tiny... Thats only 10x10. Thats the size of my college dorm room where you HAVE to rent bunk beds to have space under them for computers.

I know plenty of C/Os who do similar but they just use the room to shower, sht, and shave; kill the OT for a year then buy a house, or split an apartment with their swap partner so then never see each other.

Couldn't do it myself, I like being left alone, not bad when you're working 80+ hour weeks but as a normal set up nah I'm good.
