25kg? If your interested in increasing max body weight reps, also do drop sets with no weight, at the end of 3 weighted sets, or your max body weight reps won't go up much, regardless how heavy you go with them weighted, in my experience (pull ups not chin ups).

doing these for a while made my inner elbow kinda sore when i would move my arm...stopped doing them and it took about 7-8 months for the pain to totally go away.
