How do you know which food caused your diarrhea?
I’m having epic diarrhea ATM
I ate mostly my normal diet with a few mild exceptions
I added onions, tomato and lettuce to my sandwiches I did not wash them. This was 6 hours ago. No issues with normal whole wheat bun. GF ate as well with no issues
I ate cauliflower rice as normal, but I put a bit too much soy sauce
I ate pb sandwich, the bread said it was best by the 17th so technically expired after midnight. Within 10 minutes of eating I was having 8/10 pain and cramps. Shortly followed by dropping a normal log followed by a chocolate fondue explosion
Like I’m sure I’m going to hit a new low in my weigh in tomorrow
What is the most likely culprit?

Happened to me and I analysed what wasnewin otherwise fairly regular and normal diet. I'd eaten pretty normally for the day, but went to a San Churros cafe and ordered a Thick Spanish hot chocolate.
Soon afterwards I felt this immense pressure in my stomach and literally sprayed the toilet bowl like a fire sprinkler. That thick hot chocolate was basically the only variable and the diarhoea was really out of the ordinary.
So I went back some time later, ordered a regular coffee, and lo and behold no explosive diarrhoea.
That is the key, IMO. What is new in your diet?

Well, food wise if you were to see a doctor for your D, chances are he/she would suggest eating wheat free for a month to see if that helps improve your GI issue.
If you do try a wheat free diet, you might also avoid all other grains also for that month trial. Some studies have found that if you have trouble with wheat, around 75% of people also have trouble with eating corn and rice causing D also.
