Moving to city with rent $1430 (GTFIH)

Option 1
4 bed/3 bath
Place is a high rise with all the amenities of gym, pool, hot tub
Roommate matching
Coed
Room is 137 sq foot with my own bath
13th floor

Option 2
Same rent
Possibility of having 2 rooms to my self since it’s a new building until they fill it
Both buildings are a mile apart
No pool
Gym isn’t 24/7

My income is $4.7k after taxes, should I do it?

Sick and tired of living at home with no fiends

Want to make new friends and go out and socialize even tho 30

Plan is to be doing social stuff daily including sports leagues, volunteer and charity events, going out, parties, making new friends, etc

Sick and tired of being FA my entire life
Idc about the gym anymore social life is the most important thing atm
I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs
