Money sent from a CCP operated energy company to James Biden, shortly afterward a personal check written to Joe Biden, from James Biden. They're claiming it's paying back a loan that Joe Biden's attorney cannot identify being made to his brother James.

But it will all take a long ass time for that or multiple instances of racketeering with shell companies to be prosecuted. Potato Joe will likely be worm food after time delays are made.

Biden has already been determined to be mentally unfit to stand trial. So there is that.
An impeachment would likely give him sympathy from his base. Charging Trump only made him more popular.
