NYCs MTA is SUING after billion dollar mall shut doors due to crime (video)

Out of control crime causes the Westfield company to end its lease and pull out of the mall it put up in NYC. The mall is connected to the MTAs subway system so maybe the MTA had a part in financing this structure (IDK). The company has had problems with homeless and robberies at this location and has decided ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

What is the cities response? To sue the company ofcourse. Let's ignore the massive crime and homeless problems and just sue people for wanting to have no part of it.


Maybe they can house migrants there instead

They need to reinstate the practices that Rudy had going when he was running the city. This is 100% non sustainable, I know these morons are taking payola, but they're going to destroy the city. Criminals need to be jailed long term.

how is there any crime? Do they not have a law like california where anything under 900 is free? It seems like NYC still has some racist "laws" left on the books from the republican rudy juliani era. Time to make everything under 1000 free then you will have a lot less crimes.
