Anyone notice how most of the handicapped are fat black women? (Johnny deep)

When I see a car with a handicap sticker. It’s almost always a fat black woman with all 4 limbs who is perfectly capable of walking.

Is it just that such people are good at gaming the system? Like welfare too, section 8, diversity hiring, etc.

To be fair, I make a point of parking in veteran reserved spots because I don’t think there’s any law against it and lol if anyone is dumb enough to fight me over it.
