is it cope to be okay with having a small chest if your shoulders are boulders

pretty easy do get a bit of a chest

Big shoulders are definitely better, but you also have to have naturally wide shoulders. Not freakishly wide though because your head will look tiny

Big shoulders + small chest just looks wrong, like there's something missing.

Big chest + moderate delts is a good look as long as you've got wide shoulders and narrow hips.
