I chucked them into the air fryer for 10 minutes at 375 and it burned all the broccoli, but all the others made it through okay.

Saw some people recommend just putting them in water and microwaving and then eating.

what do

With rice. It takes like 15 minutes. I just add a little extra water to the rice when I make veggies with it.

How much uncooked rice are you putting in there? I'm trying to establish some sort of ratio or proportion.

100g per meal usually. The rice cooker has the ratios in the instructions.

Microwave steam them or add to rice cooker

If you're making fried rice obviously fry them on the pan

Love frozen veggies for fried rice

Typically depending on the grain of rice it's 2 to 1 water to rice ratio. Add a bit more for veg
