*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*

Not very often, as in sometimes wear them 20 times before washing. Jeans are really hard to get "dirty"
If they start to smell, have actual dirt/grime on them, or if it has just been a really long time I will wash them. If I ever fly I will wash them afterwards only because airports are disgusting.

When I worked in the field, every day. They were gross every day. I guy in the field I worked with washed his every other week and he was disgusting.
Office guy I worked with told me he washed his every 2-3 weeks. I freaked out.
I work in an office now. The pair I have on now haven't been washed in at least 2 weeks. They are fine.
You can wear camo for months.
