OP moved into a new “luxury apartment”.

I cut off the beginning of the video because it’s just me going up the steps. Yes it has a garage. The end is cut off too.. two bedrooms two bathrooms with a standup shower in the master. Walk in closet, just basic stuff.

Seems like it has a better layout + more space compared to your last place. How much more are you paying?

Looks really nice bro. GJDM.

Like others mentioned the floor plan seems a bit outdated with the beige carpets, but I personally wouldn’t care. Seems cozy. Sometimes modern styles look tacky anyway. You’ve got a nice view too.

All of the second floor units have carpet for sound deadening.

That’s probably smart. I live in a top floor “loft style” luxury apartment building now and it’s all hardwood. Sometimes I feel bad for my downstairs neighbors lol. Not that I’m super loud but I can hear chit echo in here so there’s no way the floors are absorbing sound very well.

WTF is a standup shower? Aren't all showers taken standing?
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

You gotta keep in mind part of the reason it’s luxury is it’s in a gated neighborhood in a rich city with full on site amenities.

It all depends on the COL of the area, there aren’t any places close to that here.
