I need help getting out of bad habits (serious)

I have developed destructive bad habits since I work from home. I can't seem to stop, and it's destroying my life. My problem is the following:

Work from home -> fap 3-4x a day since I'm at the computer -> fapping makes me wake up late next day due to being exhausted from fapping -> waking up late makes me skip the gym -> skipping the gym makes me cheat on my diet and binge

Sometimes I talk myself into creating good habits but then this happens.

Work out consistently for 3-5 days and stick to diet -> have one bad day of fapping too much -> wake up late the next day -> lose motivation to lift -> binge on diet

or

Work out consistently for 3-5 days and stick to diet -> get bored of diet and binge

I have no social life despite living in a major city. I am disgusted at how fat I am and it destroys my confidence to go out and socialize. Because of that I have developed a dependence on video games and porn to get my dopamine hits.



How do I stop this? Do I have to go work in an office somewhere to stop fapping?

OP should take cold showers. It helps. 100% cold showers.

Sounds liek you need to just chill on teh fap?

When I worked in an office it was at most once or twice a day, and back then I would get so much satisfaction from my day that I did not have an emotional dependence on food

Cold showers. Look up Wim Hof.


Ice baths.


This will help alleviate the groggy feeling post fap.

Yes that is why I cold shower in the morning.


I let the cold water hit my eyes.



After that your eyes will feel lighter
