Smith has a criminal history including taking hostages and rioting in jail, burglary, breaking and entering, armed robberies, resisting/evading police officers, auto theft, and shooting at/from a motor vehicle.

Sillie and RAPEYPat vote for reform for violent felons. This POS should have been in prison for life for his violent offenses like armed robberies and shooting at other motor vehicles. Unfortunately Sillie and RAPEYPat's voting history left this POS out on parole where he killed a female, stole her car, and then killed an officer that offered him a ride.









Unfortunately, RAPEYPat's prized felon survived being shot while crying that he can't breathe.
