First Trump says he didn't have sex with her now he says he did but paid her legally

Now he's saying it was a legal expense paying Stormy Daniels using plausible deniability: "I got an invoice'.

What kind of easy ass witch hunt is this? This dumb idiot is under the impression everyone has the same retarded brain as his supporters. A judge doesn't pretend to believe just to satisfy the liar, they have integrity.

Which one of those lies do you choose to believe? You can't believe in both lies cause they contradict each other. No matter how hard you try.

Whether he did or didn't sleep with her is irrelevant, as it isn't a crime. And the hush money payment isn't a crime either.

They tried to twist it into a "campaign finance violation," though no campaign finances were used, personal finances were used. And to be a campaign item, then it needs to exist solely for the purpose of the campaign without any other possibility. Trump can argue that paying her off protected his business reputation, his family, life, etc. So the prosecution will fail on all accounts, which is why the FEC never pursued charges and the prior DA in SDNY didn't either.

It's all options in an election year. It shows how easily the judiciary can be weaponized against opponents.

Whatever happens you don’t know the evidence the DA has. None of do. What I DO know however is a DA doesn’t seek an indictment without a solid, solid case. When it’s the former President and the entire world is watching, you best believe they think they will win.

He's getting charged for using campaign funds and we'll see how that turns out, but you have to admit that is very characteristic of Trump.

But my point isn't whether or not it was legal. The trial just started and he's already caught lying so he disregards it and doesn't address it, then moves on to his next dumb defense. A weak defense on its own but looks a lot more weaker after getting caught lying.

How does he expect this Judge to take him seriously?
