I mean maybe one day. But at this point just getting into position with them is as challenging as the actual reps lol. Feel like my old ass will tweak something just popping back on the bench with something heavier. Now that I think about it, maybe a wider sturdier bench would help.

Honestly Gary, since I had my left shoulder replaced, my eyes don't go past 25 lb.! I know they have a 106 lb kettlebell.

Don’t use them often, probably can’t even press them right now ded srs, usually stick to 85 and down and focus on conditioning these days as a 33 year oldcel

I generally grab the 150's for my last two sets of 10-12 on flat bench…

Depending on how my back feels that day I will use them for lat pulls…
