It had been in there about 2 months. Usually on a certain wall. Never really moved much. This morning it was in the sink & i ran the tap before noticing & i had flushed it away.
Feels bad.
Feels bad.

I can't imagine the sense of betrayal before the suffocating darkness of drowning in a drain.
Wow.
Wow.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

this cool looking spider would be chilling in the same spot for months and 1 time i dropped something on the bathroom sink and it bounced off onto the floor and squished him
made me so sad

Always catch spiders and let them go outside.
You figure the spiders in your house are feeding mostly on each other, so the ones you actually see are the kings of their cannibal world and have earned their freedom through survival and ridding your house of the other bugs.
Never intentionally kill a bug crew (unless mosquitoes or a wasp/yellow jacket hive)

Spider brahs can stay.
Sometimes I find coins in the sofa - I think they're paying rent.

Damn, I kinda feel you OP.
I stopped killing spiders last year and would just put them back outside. They're creepy but most of the time they want to be left along just like us.
Sorry for your loss OP.
