Do you get more people with attitudes since you got fit or more aesthetic?

Like for example today I went to walmart for a moneygram and paid for it then I looked at it and it said western union so I asked for clarification and the woman was bitchy for no reason since I was being polite and acted like I was dumb for even asking and the other woman said they don't do moneygram anymore.
How is someone suppose to know they discontinued moneygram unless you use money orders frequently? This was my first time ever needing to use one.
