Frankfurter, Bratwurst or Cumberland for the ideal hotdog?

Honestly undecided on this one. I typically add english mustard, chilli con carne, Leerdammer cheese, jalapeños, sauerkraut and fried onions in a toasted brioche roll. Normally paired with loaded onion rings and cheesy slaw. Looking for suggestions for the perfect dog and accompaniments.
