How many of you just work around joint pain? (srs thread) (non lifters stay out)
ive had persistent pain in both shoulders over the last two years. ive seen 20+ physios and none of them have helped even a little bit.
MRI says slight bursitis in right shoulder and nothing in left shoulder. i have tried a cortisone injection with no success, ive even been tested for rheumatoid arthritis, but its confirmed i don’t have it.
ive tried every single shoulder/rotator cuff rehab exercise in existence, you name it ive tried it. atm i am seeing a physio who apparently is the guru for complicated shoulder cases in my city, its been over four months of doing his rehab exercises, and my right shoulder is noticeably better, but not my left.
if this guy doesn’t help me, i reckon im done with physios forever and will just deal with the pain by working around it. how many of you do this?
