My $10,000 mistake... (reps)

Gonna make this short and sweet. I took out my dads Rolls Royce and got behind a truck that popped up a rock and chipped the windshield. I tried calling some windshield repair shops, but they're all too afraid to work on it. I call the RR dealership and they say I need to replace the entire windshield (even though its just a little star blemish) and they're quoting me $11,500 JUST for the windshield (excluding the service to replace it). So i'm looking at some of those windshield repair kits, but reviews say they're all chitty and don't work. A while I ago I remember trying one brand on my own car and lets just say the crack is still in the windshield.

For those of you that have had this problem. What brand/kit did you buy?

Keep calling local windshield repair shops. I had a Ferrari go through the same sh!t until I found a local shop that fixed it for 500 USD and its like it did not happen at all and took 5 mins.

If your father can afford a Tolls Royce, he can afford the repair.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
