you have to check all your local stores....but basically to get started at home I will give you a basic list of things....hard to know if you can get sushi grade fish local but you can make some very good other forms its fine for at home and lots fun

Sushi Rice and rice vinegar
sushi roll matt
smoked salmon
imitation crab
shrimp for tempura
Heck even spam for musubi style sushi
cucumber
avocado
green onions
cilantro
soy sauce
Mayo
some kind of hot sauce
lemon/limes
wasabi of some sort
sushi ginger
fresh ginger
Daikon radish sprouts


IDK its pretty easy to make sushi rolls at home, the hardest part is just getting over it and trying it.....if you dedicate every friday night to home sushi night soon you will be killing it at home sushi
