Would it be easier to rig an election with paper ballots or electronic voting?
On the one hand with paper ballots it’s easier to fraud the individual ballots, eg reject as “incomplete” any votes for
The opposition, ballot stuffing, miscounting etc
But you’d need a lot of people in on it
By contrast if an electronic voting system was actually properly designed it would be easier but probably riskier to rig it
But you’d need relatively few conspirators to throw the result
