My teeth weren't very misaligned tbh. I had 1 tooth on the bottom that was a little out for the weekend but nothing noticeable without looking.

My bite, though. My bite was awful and still is but it's improving.

Bottom jaw was far back.

Orthodontist discovered 2 issues for the cause

Issue 1....I just have more tooth mass on the bottom than the top. So we're gonna fix that a bit hrs gonna polish a tiny amount between molars to free up space so the mass ratio is balanced

Issue 2....I'm a stomach sleeper. Not only that but I sleep on the edge of the bed. My face sits right on the 90 degree angle of the mattress, so my mouth and nose hang over the bed and my upper and lower jaw are getting pressed I'm every single night. Like I'm wearing a "make your bite narrower" braces every night.

So fixing that.


Click in jaw is so gone that I can't even do it on purpose anymore.

Got 15 more weeks of invisalign and then it's all over
