Thinking of creating a reality tv show where boomer tradies compete in work hours

Show would be called something like "hardest working man"… 20 boomer tradies would be competing together on one large job site where they would live for one year to see who can work the most hours on average a week. Some examples could involve having a clip like they do in reality tv where it pans to the actors face and they give a quick blurb… Boomer would say stuff like "Yep, Rick's a good guy but he just doesn't have it what it takes to hit 90 hours this week. He's gonna fall short with the bad back". A few would drop out because of "The old ball and chain" (wife) nagging them about working too much. A few fight scenes will be good for the "After Hours" part of the show when the work day is over and the tradies drink beer and watch the nfl. Drama over cooking the books and fudging hours, calling out others for slacking off. There's potential here.

Would probably work better in a white collar context, unionised workers don’t tend to put in unpaid OT
