Do Chinese people have genetically low IQ?

Do Chinese people have genetically low IQ?
Think about it, what has China or Chinese people done notably in human history?
Lost all major wars, cucked by little Japan regularly even most recently with ww2, atom bomb? Nope.
Planes? Nope.
Automobiles? Nope.
Run by a dictatorship with most of the citizens living on the poverty line and desperate to leave.
In theory they should be DOMINATING the rest of the planet but its still a question if America or China is the bigger super power?
Nearly every Chinese person i have met is actually quite dumb, there's the Chinese people are good at maths meme, they are rope learners but have no ability to critically or creatively think.
I think they are credited with the creation of gunpowder...20% of the world population and this is it?
We know them for mass producing cheap low quality garbage products, how is this it?

No, they aren't smart like the Japanese however, on average they have a higher IQ, but as we know IQ as far as just conventional IQ isn't everything. I guess their social IQ is low. Smart people in a stupid society with a bad mentality, and we don't have much room to talk, anymore. We used to have a mentality in our society that was very smart and productive.

Need to move your thinking beyond singular measures of intelligence to properly understand it. Intelligence is actually many distinct capabilities. As you mention creativity is one. To what extent does IQ measure creative thinking?
When we assess the intelligence of Chinese people what is the reality underneath this? Is it the average biological capability of the people or is it the cultural value judgement of the different types of intelligence relative to that of your own culture; what does the culture celebrate? what does it admonish?
My observation of Chinese students is they remind of ants in how they work. They don't question, they just do and they do a lot. Rote learning, they are good at it and are highly effective at passing tests. They struggle hard with using creative thinking to form novel solutions to problems.
These are generalizations not unbreakable facts about all Chinese people. I'd guess it is cultural more than biological but then natural selection would surely drive some alignment of biology towards culture over enough generations and there has been a lot of generations of Chinese.

Not sure about IQ but I've heard that they didn't have an industrial boom because they lived (and still do) in a dictatorship.
