Was going to do shoulders arms, but dropped shoulders because front delts are still sore af from chest day 2 days ago.

Did supersets all the way through:

CG bench/Hammer curls
cable tri extensions (bar) / full sup curls
cable tri extensions (rope) / seated concentration curls
one-arm cable extensions / more seated concentration curls
CG pushups (hands on 45 incline bench) / cable curls (bar)

good pump, 8.5/10 workout
