Collarbone and leg healing finally. Selfie pics for misc to roast.

Broke collarbone for the 3rd time, then exactly 2 months later to the day, ripped my Achilles Tendon from my ankle 2 days before a 24hour mountain bike race.

Still raced, didn't come in last. Week later had surgery to reattach my tendon at the end of February. Sucked a$$.

ngl, gotta build the legs back, but at least I'm back on the bike and off the leg crutch. Hopefully be doing DLs, RDLs, and squats again in another couple months.

At 52.. still moving hard.

How did you rip your tendon? Did it faoil out of nowhere or had it been feeling different?

How have you broken your collar bone three times?

Glad to hear you're on the mend. I was expecting to see worse.

Broke the same left collarbone 3x MTBing. Going fast and doing stupid chit.

Tore my Achilles falling down a mountain MTBing.

I had ankle surgery 3 weeks ago and I thought my sutures were ugly, but yours are a lot worse. Sounds like you're healing up, though.

I'm not looking forward to building back my legs. My leg that had surgery looks skinnier already.
