Stretching is a complete joke, right?
I’m 33 so an oldcel and am active every day. Lift 4x a week, bike, run, swim, play sports, etc. and am never sore/tight/ in need of stretching. I think one day when you age there may be a point where it’s needed, but really the only people I see stretching are fat/DYELs (I’m DYEL but I have a good 5k time so it partially makes up for it)
My theory is if you work a job that’s sedentary and are too micromanaged or corporate cucked to leave your chair for 20 min every few hours for a long walk then yea you’ll get tight. Maybe it’s needed too if you’re a tradie
But if you are constantly moving, use a stand up desk, walk around, exercise, keep a low weight then really don’t see the need
Dead srs
